When you book a self-catered chalet with us, we arrange the services you want to make your holiday perfectly relaxing and enjoyable—pre-arrival supermarket shopping, daily bread delivery (fresh croissants and baguettes, perhaps?) and carefully sourced wine delivery.

- Huski‘ Will deliver pre-prepared oven-ready meals with lots of options for veggies, gluten free etc, pay in sterling on their website or in euros in resort.
- Mange-tout Home-cooked food ready to re-heat and eat, delivered to your door. All our meals are freshly cooked locally by a qualified, highly experienced chef & not frozen.
- Bon Appetit From classic Savoyarde dishes such as Tartiflette with Charcuterie to authentic Asian cuisine and everything in between, delivered fresh to your door.

We can of course include wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks in your supermarket shopping (and again you’ll benefit from the larger range and reasonable prices available in the larger supermarkets). House wines
You’ll have your pick to pre-order sparkling wine, whites and reds to help yourselves to during your stay. This is alongside the bottled beers and soft drinks that are also available to add to order.

Luxury Self Catered Ski Holidays – What’s Included?
Our beautiful self-catered chalets offer luxury accommodation with the freedom of flexibility.
Our concierge handles everything the moment you book—airport transfers, ski school, childcare, whatever you need before you arrive, your ski passes, equipment hire and any shopping or restaurant reservations.
We’ll greet you and help you to settle in to the chalet. We offer a housekeeping service including mid-week towel change and hot tub checks and we’re just a phone call away during your stay, so if there’s anything we can help you with then all you need to do is ask.
WELCOME PACK
On arrival self-catered guests will find a welcome pack with some essential items to get you started on your holiday.
SUPERMARKET SHOPPING
We realise that having to do a food shop the minute you arrive on holiday is not high on your agenda, which is why we offer a full supermarket shop and delivery service. We will even unpack it and put it away for you! There is a €50.00 charge for this service. We do purchase these items for you at off-mountain prices which is a significant saving compared to the local supermarket.
BREAD DELIVERY SERVICE
Our local bakery can deliver fresh baguettes, flutes, croissants and pain au chocolat to your door each morning before breakfast. There is a €5.00 weekly delivery charge on top of the price of the bread.
WINE & DRINKS
We can of course include wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks in your supermarket shopping (and again you’ll benefit from the larger range and reasonable prices available in the larger supermarkets). Another possibility is ordering from our ‘supplier’s selection’ which offers 18 handpicked wines from the experts at Verre Gourmand.
LAUNDRY
Most of our self-catered chalets have a washing machine and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. Towels and bedding are provided within the price of the chalet and towels will be changed midweek.

In La Tania, an in-resort driver will be available during the day to take you to and from the slopes or village, upon request.

if you order your ski passes through us they will be ready and waiting for you in your chalet upon your arrival. More on passes here.
Transfers
If you’d like, we will help arrange your transfers for you and your party through our list of local, reputable transfer companies.
Equipment Hire
Our recommended provider offers a great mobile delivery service. By pre-booking online, the equipment will get delivered to your chalet ready for your first day on the slopes and you will also receive a 20% discount on the shop prices. Find out more here.

Email or call us if you have any special requests for your stay, eg. for a birthday/anniversary treats, activity bookings, massage or beauty treatments etc.
Relax and Unwind
An Alpine Escape self catered chalet offers the ultimate in luxury when choosing your accommodation for your ski holiday. After a day on the slopes, you want to be able to go back to your accommodation and relax with afternoon tea or a glass of wine, without the stress of cooking your own meal or trying to find a restaurant.
Luxury Natural Bathroom Products
In your bathroom you’ll find a selection of natural bathroom products from Bramley, made using British botanicals. They are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. We’ve also treated each guest to an SPF30 lip balm from Albus & Flora – a local brand using naturally soothing ingredients which are non-melting and non-freezing!
Revitalising Massages
Why not ask our concierge to book a visit from a qualified therapist who will come to the chalet to provide you and your group with a sports or relaxation massage, depending on your needs. We work with several physiotherapists and masseurs/es who provide mobile services, some of whom specialise in ski-related muscular treatments whilst others are dedicated to indulgent relaxation and pampering.
