WHAT’S FOR DINNER?

Our four course menu is freshly prepared from local produce and includes modern European, Asian fusion, traditionally British and of course local Savoyard specialities.

Enjoy some canapés with a glass of champagne on your arrival and your last evening with us. Look forward to an open bar at all times throughout your stay, including quality bottled wines, bottled beers, soft drinks and mixers.

To start your day...

Breakfast of cooked eggs and bacon, porridge, croissants, fresh milk, cereals, fruit juices, a selection of fruit and yoghurt, fresh bread, coffee and a selection of teas.

At the end of a hard day on the piste...

Afternoon tea - a ski chalet tradition with home made cakes, scones or biscuits.

 

A candlelit four course dinner...

  • Lobster bisque
  • Roasted Guinea-fowl on wild rice with a creamy spinach and tarragon sauce
  • Baked chocolate pot with vanilla bean ice cream
  • Thom Cheese, curry and mango chutney with a glass of Pineau des Charentes

(sample menu two)

  • Individual French onion tarts on a bed of rocket and roasted baby vine tomatoes
  • Foil wrapped sea bass, roasted fennel and red pepper with crushed new potatoes
  • Tarte tatin with créme fraîche
  • Beaufort cheese, cherry and red onion chutney with a glass of port

Tailor made menus for you...

Simpler childrens early meals such as cottage pie and sausage and mash are catered for with prior notification. If you are one family and would prefer a simpler option so you can all eat together, just let us know.

If you book any chalet on sole occupancy basis we are happy to discuss our menu plans and any ideas with the group leader.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for, just let us know before you arrive.
