Summer holidays in the French Alps
The Alps are a beautiful place to spend time in the summer. Alive with butterflies, flowers and wildlife, the sounds of nature are all that you’ll hear, as the villages and mountains are much more tranquil than in the winter. You may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a marmotte, chamois or the elusive golden eagle.
Rejuvenate body and soul amongst the calming energy of the mountains this summer. Our beautiful Chalet Johanna with outdoor hot tub will be your home for a weekend of mindfulness, de-stressing and holistic healing.

Things to do…
Activities on offer include hiking (there are suitable tracks for all levels of walker), golf on the pistes of 1850, mountain biking (the lifts open to carry bikes), horse-riding, lake swimming, white water rafting, road biking, outdoor swimming pools and paragliding to name a few.
Where to visit…
There are also summer events and village fêtes in the resorts, and with the aid of a car you can explore further afield, for instance beautiful Champagny-le-Haut, the stunning Lake Annecy, medieval Conflans or the cities of Grenoble, Chambéry and Lyon.
It’s incredible to see the mountains and slopes you’re familiar with laden with beautiful wildflowers, buzzing with crickets and being munched by cows; a truly unforgettable experience which we highly recommend.
We offer our chalets on a week long self-catered basis (aside from the special weekends mentioned above). Click here for availability.
