About Us

Alpine Escape Boutique Chalets

Alpine Escape is a specialist ski chalet company based in the resort of Courchevel.

Jo and Neil Williams founded Alpine Escape in 2003 and are still running the show today! They have always believed in going the extra mile for their guests as well as their team, and that ethos is the foundation of their success in growing steadily to nine catered and six self-catered chalets in La Tania, Courchevel Moriond and Le Praz in 2019-2020.

“We’re very lucky to have many guests returning regularly to us, and we hope that those little touches of luxury are what keep them coming back: they know they’re in for a fantastic week in a beautifully-maintained and decorated chalet, being looked after by our friendly and reliable team.

And on top of that, they’ll be skiing in the incredible Three Valleys!

Of course we wouldn’t be anywhere without our fab team. It’s the hosts, drivers and chefs who make a good holiday into a great one and we’re very appreciative of the hard work put in every year to go that extra mile and make the difference…”

Alpine Escape donating £1 for every client to WWF

Alpine Escape has joined together with WWF – we donate £1.00 for every individual client who stays in our chalets this winter (2019-2020) and for future seasons.

This will generate over £2,500 each year to help create a better future for nature and go towards helping protect the arctic refuge, supporting the Big Cat public safety act and joining the fight against plastic pollution.

Once WWF receives our donation they use it to continue to #FightForYourWorld

Sustainable Ski Holidays

We also recognise that we have a responsibility not just to our team and our guests, but also in keeping our home – and your holiday destination – a beautiful place to be.

If we’re going to keep the mountains clean and covered in snow each year, we need to reduce our impact on our planet. Over the years Alpine Escape has developed a programme of reducing our overall environmental footprint.

Within our small company we have:

  • Replaced all individual guest toiletries with large refillable bottles, reducing waste by 75%
  • This Christmas we have Sustainable Christmas gifts for guests including Eco Christmas Crackers made with recycled card and plastic-free gifts
  • Removed single-use water bottles and replaced with reusable water pouches for guests to refill and take home
  • Replaced old-style lighting with low energy LED bulbs
  • Our staff are trained in local recycling policies and waste is separated by hand and recycled
