The Alpine Escape team are based in France.
Our sales team (including Alpine Escape’s owner Jo) will assist you with your initial enquiry to book an Alpine Escape Luxury Chalet by phone or email. They will answer all your questions to ensure you choose the right chalet for you and your partner, family or group. They will then take you through the booking process.
Once your Alpine Escape chalet is booked concierge will deal with all the planning and details of your holiday. We have someone dedicated to arranging everything that needs booking and organising before you arrive in resort. This includes booking ski passes, ski lessons, airport transfers, meal planning, resort parking and everything else in between!
Once you are in resort our resort management team will be at the end of a phone 24/7 to assist with any emergency. They will also help with restaurant bookings, in resort mini bus shuttle service and everything else in between!
