Alpine Escape Covid-19 protection measures…


During this period of continued coronavirus risk, we at Alpine Escape have put together a charter to outline procedures which are in place this winter to protect our team and guests against the Covid-19 virus, adhering fully to government and local authority guidelines.
Our normal high standards of service are in place as usual, however we are prepared to be fully flexible to accommodate our guests’ needs and wishes. Therefore, if you would prefer a holiday in which our team members remain ‘behind-the-scenes’, then please let us know so that we can discuss the finer details of your stay and make appropriate arrangements before you arrive.
For our catered chalet if you would prefer a behind the scenes service our teams can arrive once you have left for skiing, clean the chalet, cook an evening meal ready for you to heat up and lay out afternoon cake and be gone by the time you arrive back from skiing that day. If you would prefer our normal full service then that is always there for you.
For our self-catered chalets, the housekeeping service is when you require it, if you would like daily housekeeping as normal or would prefer twice a week to limit interaction then we can accommodate.
Guest liaison visits are conducted remotely to achieve less contact, more care.

Our team are fully trained on fulfilling the maximum self-protection and hygiene standards within the chalet and in-resort minibuses. Team members wear masks at all times inside the chalets and company vehicles. Disinfectant hand gel are provided in all chalets and vehicles for guests’ use.
Guests are kindly asked to adhere to follow the government guidelines when in the chalet, washing hands with soap and water when re entering the chalet and using the disinfectant hand gel provided in chalets and vehicles, avoiding touching the face, and sneezing and coughing into the elbow.
We ask guests to not enter a bedroom if our team members are carrying out housekeeping duties and to respect social distancing guidelines with staff members.  

Hotel-grade anti-viral cleaning products are standard across all our properties and vehicles. Particular attention is paid daily to areas such as light switches, door handles, surfaces and common use objects during the normal daily cleaning routine.

The personal touch…

Discuss your chalet preferences and find the most suitable chalet for your party with one of our booking team. Once reserved, you’ll pay a deposit of 25% (with the balance due 9 weeks before departure) and you can start looking forward to your holiday!

But the service doesn’t stop there. We will be in touch with you to organise airport transfers, ski hire, ski schools, childcare, restaurant bookings and all the other things that you’ll need for your holiday to run smoothly. We know how difficult it is to juggle holiday planning as well as your everyday life, which is why we try to make it as simple as possible for you, and help with every stage.

The service continues in resort with our well-trained and personable team who will welcome and take care of you during your stay, making sure that you have everything you need for a truly wonderful holiday.

Luxury Concierge service in resort…

Guests use our all day concierge service for all manner of reasons: from the fun stuff like restaurant recommendations, activity bookings, a snowboard lesson or an off-piste session, to the serious things such as travel problems, urgent dentist appointments or assistance in the event of an injury.

All day driver…

Our in-resort driver is on call all day and will drop you to the foot of the slopes or pick you up from the bar. Just get in touch to request the service.

Providing creature comforts such as bathrobes, quality linen and fluffy towels is important to us, so that your stay is really luxurious. You’ll also find 100% natural botanical toiletries from the gorgeous Green & Spring as well as an Albus & Flora lip balm.
