Rejuvenate body and soul amongst the calming energy of the mountains this summer. Our beautiful Chalet Johanna with outdoor hot tub will be your home for a weekend of mindfulness, de-stressing and holistic healing.
Hosted by personal development counsellor Lisa Gates, you will participate in group workshops focusing on relaxation, mindfulness and emotional awakening.
Lisa is a professional therapist (and Alpine Escape guest!) who runs workshops to help her clients to reach their full potential at work, to improve self-esteem and positivity in relationships, visualise change and discover how to emotionally recharge through mindfulness. Alongside her qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy, Lisa is also a Reiki master, a healer, astrologer and colour therapist.
Alongside these holistic discovery sessions, Alpine Escape will be offering massage and our usual luxurious chalet service. Make use of the outdoor hot tub, relax on the terrace with a book and enjoy a complimentary one-hour massage. You could also book extra beauty or massage treatments, or take the opportunity to relax in one of the local spas. We are working with a lovely yoga instructor who will provide classes in the chalet.
Make the most of the beautiful mountain setting: stroll amongst meadows filled with butterflies and wildflowers, swim in scenic lakes or use the lifts which open to take walkers up to summits.
You can expect Alpine Escape’s usual fantastic service, with gourmet, healthy and seriously good food making the most of our fresh, local ingredients.
Prices from £700 per person, based on 2 sharing (or £900 for a single room)
